Step 01
Consultation
We come to you
Every Loncha project starts with a free site visit. One of our team members comes to your home or project site, takes precise measurements and spends time understanding what you need.
We ask about how you use the space, what storage you need, what style you prefer and what your budget looks like. There is no pressure and no obligation at this stage.
For clients who are still in the planning phase, we are also happy to meet at one of our showrooms to discuss ideas and look at material samples before any site visit is arranged.
Step 02
Design
See it before we build it
After the site visit, our in-house design team produces detailed drawings and 3D visualisations of your project. You can see exactly how the finished piece will look in your space before a single cut is made.
We present the design to you and go through every detail: dimensions, materials, finishes, internal fittings and hardware. If anything needs adjusting, we revise the drawings until you are completely happy.
Once you approve the design, we produce a detailed production drawing that goes to our factory floor. Nothing is left to guesswork.
Step 03
Manufacturing
Made in Ghana, in our own factory
Your furniture is built in our 2,000 m2 factory on Spintex Road in Accra. We own the factory and employ our craftsmen directly, which means we control quality at every stage.
We use CNC cutting equipment for precision, combined with hand finishing by our skilled team. Materials are selected for durability in the Ghanaian climate, including moisture-resistant board, solid wood components and quality hardware.
You are welcome to visit the factory during production. We keep you updated on progress and let you know when your order is ready for installation.
Step 04
Installation
Fitted and finished by our own team
Our installation team handles everything on site. We do not subcontract installation to third parties. The same standard of care that goes into manufacturing goes into fitting.
We protect your floors and walls during installation, work cleanly and leave your space tidy when we are done. All doors, drawers and fittings are adjusted and tested before we leave.
After installation, we walk through the finished work with you to make sure everything meets your expectations. If anything needs attention, we address it before we close the job.
